SHIPPING

All Items will be shipped internationally as Resgisterd airmail (uninsured).  Item will be dispatched within 3-5 working days.  Please allow waiting time up to 7-14 days depend on the delivering country.  A Tracking Number will be sent to your personal account along with the online tracking link.  Please wait patiently for your parcel.  Do not hasitate to contact me after you believe they mail may have been lost or stolen.  I am more then happy to track the item for you. 

If you would like to have express mail service (deliver within 3-5 days) or wish to have the item insured, let me know prior of your order. Thank you

RETURN & REFUND

If you would like to return the item and request for a refund(excluding custom order), please inform me within 14 days of receiving your shipment. You will bear the cost of shipping the item back to me (if the item has been dispatched).  Unfortunately, the refund will exclude 5% Jimdo management fee and the original delivery cost (if the item has been dispatched) and I will issue you a refund through paypal as soon as I receive the returned item.

i.e  the item is $30 with $5 shipping fee, total cost of 35
35- 5-(30 x 0.05) = 28.5
So I will refund you 28.5

MAINTENANCE & REPAIR
All silversmiths orders are packaged in gift box with pouch bag and a set of cleaning/polishing cloth. All Items may be send back for maintenance & repair.  Replacement is only valid on items which were damaged during shipping.  Customer will have to send the item back at their own cost, but the repair service will be free (as it should be!) as well as the return post.  This is to ensure the quality of the work remain satisfied from all of our customers.

Some items may be delicate in its nature, please do not apply forces of collision or friction as it may damage the surface or even distort the form of the jewellery.  To take great care of your jewellery, place them in plastic seal bag to prevent oxidization, pouch bag to prevent scratching and gift box to prevent it distorted.
